There is a welcome I have to issue to a man I really enjoy conversing with and who is experienced enough to school most of us.
I would like to welcome Jameson Beam to the forum. I have watched his postings on HD for quite a while and can tell you he can hold his own in a debate with the best. His style never allows him to resort to getting personal or using smack talk.
I just want to know....
What took you so stinking long?

Welcome indeed. I have enjoyed very much your daily discourse and recipes, except perhaps the one with your love of spirits a la lesbos! I still laugh at that. You may have to share that tidbit here when you have the time. I have very much appreciated your insight and commentary, and look forward to them here as well.

Received my TET612 PID, there it sits and I can't wait... The refractometer came Monday, love it so far

as I love gadgets. I'll report on it soon... both wheat and sugar bubbl'n away. Here I sit at the office.
