apple stuff

i tasted a shot of something today that was home maid-super ice cold- and tasted like an apple ciniman candy treat. it was great, all he knew was one of his buddys made it. dammm i need to learn how that stuff was made. it was to die for.

Do a search for "Apple Pie".

my mother makes an apple ice wine, no sugar just apple flavor, but is very flavorfull, similar to applejack, but it is fermented after concentrating it by freezing. I think if you took apple concentrate like that and cooked it with mulling spices, then added a nice neutral alcohol, or apple brandy to it. that would be quite nice.
