Career in distilling?

Post by Bob E »

Aside from opening your own distillery, does anyone know what kinds of employment opportunities are available in America’s distilling industry?
Particularly in distilling itself, what kind, or how much education and experience would they require?
Even though I imagine it would be hard to come by are apprenticeships or the like ever offered?

It'd be a bit like fishing or cooking, I imagine. All well and good doing it for yourself( there's actually an enjoyment factor) but doing it professionally is a whole new ball game.
