So I want to make some Peach Panty Remover and I have about 5 gallons of 170 proof airing out.
What proof should I use to soak the fruit in and should I add any additional sugar?
Lotsa peaches here needing a bath, what proof?

I would soak in that proof .After soaking peaches 5 or 6 months I would remove peaches to another container.Sugar them down.Make syrup Filter uncut product,Then add back syrup after its made and then temper to drinking proof,
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper
