I have a recipe posted here somewhere for Bourbon Candied Pecans that works just fine with UJSM. We do some of our tree every year.

$1.50 here in the shell. crazy assed folks sell for $1 at the farmers market.....must not be the ones picking them tho, someone else must have picked them for "halves" and, they selling them. folks used to pick beans and strawberrys for "halves" around here but they to lazy to pick anymore...they want'em cooked

You're a pretty good sized feller then ain't ya worm? Just joking, but if you decide to try to macerate some likker on those pecans and it turns out good be sure to post it so we can all try it.
15 gallon pot still, 2"x18" column with liebeg condensor on propane.
Modified Charles 803 w/ 50gal boiler, never ran so far.
