Crystalline fructose Vs fructose-enriched corn syrups

Post by Reflux_King »

I was wondering if any data existed regarding fermentability/ wash yield improvement, or otherwise......on using fructose-enriched corn syrup, over the crystalline form of fructose. apologies if this subject has been covered before, I didn't find it in a search of the forum... looking for a better, lower cost wash. Im going to run a trial myself, but for now only have access to the Crystalline Fructose form. thanks in advance.

Do a search for HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup).
It is the very things that we think we know, that keep us from learning what we should know.
