After reading the advise of the pot stilling side of the fence, I have developed the habbit of adding a quantity of wash to my spirit runs. And I really like the carry over.
Today I stripped a Panela Rum Wash then added a racked off (clean) quantity of wash to the vessels containing my low wines.
Rather than adding the quantity when I charge the still, I thought I might,,,,,,,,steep the low wines in the wash quantity till I can do my spirit run (prolly next Sunday).
Anybody ever do that?
