berrocca as nutrient

Post by craig1 »

after doing a bit of reading on here I see that most people are using vitamin B's as nutrient which berrocca is full off. Any reason why it wouldn't work and how much would you use per 25 lt wash?
Each tablet contains

Thiame Hydroclhloride 15mg
riboflavin 15mg
nicotinamide 50 mg
Pantothenic Acid 23mg
cyanocobalamin 10 pg
pyridixine hydrochloride 10mg
ascorbic acid 500 mg
biotin 150pg
folic acid 400pg
calcium 100mg
magnesium 100mg
zinc 10mg

contains aspartame, phenylalanine.

Looks good to me! but I gotta say I dont really know much about nutrients, I drop a kids multi-vitamin in any sugar wash, but I do, more in the vague hope that its helping than I actually know what Im doing..

So throw a couple in your next wash and plot how it goes.. might be a really good choice..

I think you get similar nutrients from a multi vitamin and a "B Complex" vitamin and it would be cheaper than using berrocca. Just my thoughts.
