i saw a video of a prototype of something like this a few years ago, single seat, single wheel, the guy was wheeling up and down a residential street, and he was doing good until he made a pretty fast run down the street and clamped on the brakes, the machine did not slow down, and he spun around the inside of that thing like a dryer ride, he finally hit a tree and didn't seem to much worse for the ware. hmm. a body in motion? cob
