I'm looking to distill some "beer" (minus the hops of course). What kind of flavors can I expect out of my ingredients? Will my 2-row give it much malty flavor? What about specialty grains? Is yeast a big player? Or, is distilling it going to remove it from all those goodies? Has anyone here tried adding a little of the un-distilled beer when diluting?
I'm really just throwing my ideas out there looking for advice from those with more experience.
