So just looking around for stuff..in searching for iodine, all i am finding is tincture of iodine which i read on the bottle is about 2.5% strength. Is this what you all are using for starch tests? If not, where the heck do i find real iodine..the pharmacy doesnt seem to have anything else (i asked).
Also....unrelated....except i cant find it also....where do i find gluco-amylase?...the local brew shops dont carry it and i really dont know where i should be looking
