After reading several posts here I've decide to try a simple test. Using UJSSM I've mixed three seperate buckets, one with wine yeast, one with bakers yeast and one using distillers yeast I bought.The distillers yeast doesn't say "turbo" just distillers yeast.
I'm trying to see which one ferments the best and produces the best yield.
I ran the SG up to 1.08 at the beginning in all three batches.
All three seem to be fermenting about the same as far as the action in the buckets.
