I'm from the deep deep south of USA. Been lurking for a while. Found this site too late to save me from the con artist at Stilldrinking.com. Plan to use the "Venom" from them to make a small starter still with a 50% sized thumper. First several washes will be Gerbers. Probablely a ujsm to follow up with. Been making beer for oh I don't know maybe 5-6 years. I'm an old truck driver, so my post may be spaced out a bit. Anyways, just wanted to say hi for now.
