Was wondering if you used 7 lb cracked corn in 5 gal all molassis rum wash would give it plenty of nutrients for a complete ferment seeing as how you realy don't need anything else in a corn wash?

I think it would do a good job as a nutrient if the corn is boiled. It is going to get thick so you are going to want to convert the starch to sugar during the mash cool down.

Corn supplies the basic neutrients in UJSSM
