Cornbread's coveted TIP OF THE WEEK WINNER

Dnderhead won tip of the week. When making brandy, always save back some wine to add to the brandy for increased flavor.

that ant my idea ,saving some juice or wine and adding back (back sweetning) the wine guys been doing that for years. and much of the fruit
brandy in US is made that way. they use grape brandy (cheeper/more sugar) and adding fruit for flavor.you can add some of the "wine" or juice whitch ever
floats your boat. the info.is out there in bits and peces.you just got to put it together to sute you.be a detectiv read all you can, also you can use much
of the info on the beer and wine forums. just adap to sute your use. elimanate the tannins/phosphate etc.. (you dont need them )

Oh Dnder, your too modest. Don't matter if it were your original thought or not.

Take the prize.

Say,,,what is the prize?
