Does anyone know of sources for both alpha and gluco enzymes for starch processing?

Hopefully not too much of a high jack.

Dnder, what do you know about papaya enzyme?

I am staring at a dietary suppliment that recommends a tab per meal.
Bromelian powder
Carica (powder) papaya
Papain powder

8mg per tab.
Trample the injured and hurdle the dead.
