Tossing fores on spirit run

Tossing fores on spirit run
I know most of you guys just save everything on stripping runs and toss the fores on your spirit run (which is what I intend to do in the future) but I tossed fores (150ml) on each stripping run. Should I toss anything else or just go directly into heads collection on my spirit run?

you still should toss the fores as now they will be more concentrated, that is why most toss on the second run.
