hop tea

I've just done a dencent sized harvest of hops and I would like to make some hop tea. Not to add to my beer, but I'm intending to have it as a relaxing drink. Does anyone here know how many hop cones to use to make a reasonably strong tea, and how to make it?

Like most teas, add boiling water and let it steep. Try a small amount first, and adjust later for taste. Maybe a little honey or sweetner if needed. Make you mellow and sleepy from what I've read. As will hops pillows, from what I've read.
