Stripping / Spirit run

I normally due a stripping then a spirit run in my pot still with a 5 gallon sugar mash.

Do most folks just do one run on their pot still or do most do 2 or 3 distillations?

I distill a sugar wash twice, and a flavoured wash like fruit or grains ,sometimes only once using a pot still.

I'll strip out up to three UJSM runs. Each strip run is about 10-12 gallons of mash. I end up with about two and a half gallons of low wines, 40% from each run. I'll dump these three batches of low wines plus any feints into a spirit run of about eight gallons total.
