Hey guys, I am super excited to start making my own liquor. I have been looking for a steel pot to make my first small still, but i live in a small town and all i can find is aluminum pots. It would be an issuse for me to order one because i dont have a credit card. What else can i use? I have a menards like 5 miles away. I was also wondering if a granite ware pot would work? i have a 3 gal. one. I may be wrong but granite ware looks like its powdercoated steel. Im sure u guysknow waht i mean. How about iron, i also have a large iron pot. I guess what i really wanna know is what else can i use for my first small still pot without a expensive steel pot?

I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper
