Powdered Barley Malt
I found some "powdered barley malt" in a health food website, is this the same thing as malt extract from the brew shop? V

Yep, the description says it is used as a sugar substitute. DME it is. Lots cheaper than what I can get at the local brew shop, so I may have to get some to experiment with. Thanks, V.
