water cooling order with reflux still?

Hello,

i have a reflux still made of a reflux column and a normal pot still condenser head.

when i connect the water cooling pipes, should the cold water first enter the condenser head then the reflux column ,
or vise - versa?
or should i use two individual water circuits connected to two water taps?

depends - if you have a cooling management design, you might be better off with two different circuits. Otherwise, you'd be best to go product condenser first, reflux condenser second.
