i cant figure out what the boiler lid is....... any how, if you can do this with PVC , then you can do it with copper! take the time to do it right, follow the basic instructions, and i will assure you that you will be pleased with what you come out with. HINT!!! when getting around to doing your cuts, dont get greedy. btw there is a section on here about your mistakes. man up and post the "green machine" there!

good luck!

Not sure where the 'link' to that pdf file he posted was, but I did get a PM from him. It 'was' the static download .zip file he obtained, and then 'found' that crap file.

I think we scrubbed the site. but that may have simply been links being pulled. Some of the 'parent' documents probably still exist (well we KNOW that at least one does).

We (tater, myself and UJ) will have to spend a little more time scrubbing the site of terrible unsafe designs like the one just posted in this thread.

Folks, we all need to take a breath. We also need to take a glance at the board rules. Yup we do have #8 for 'shit' materials, used in unsafe ways. However, we also have rule number 2. I think we need to have a glance at that one also.

This thread is done. Time for it to halt.
