Element Placement on Keg

Element Placement on Keg
Getting ready to drop off my keg to welder I am going to have 2 1.5" triclamp fittings welded on one for an element other for a temp probe and a spray ball to CIP. Is there a optimal place to have the element?

I have mine about 2" off the bottom
