Big Problem with todays run.

Little or nothing to do with distillation.

The Taipans and browns we get here are a very aggressive, inquisitive and nasty animal, I still like them even tho they are deadly, but they have their place in the scheme of things so I release them unharmed too.

Rather than just killing something because we are afraid of it, it's my view we are better off understanding them and living with the fact we share their territory.

Nice attitude Austin. Steve Irwin would be proud! I have the same view when someone spot's a shark and carries on like they are a "pest" or "nuisance". If ya dont want to get bitten, stay out of there turf! They all play a part in the great ecosystem/food chain and are there for a reason.

I have to admit though I'm glad we dont have those kinda thing's here in NZ!

Nice pic's by the way.

It's the only attitude - IMHO, hoody. We have Tiger snakes, Red bellied blacks and Brown snakes around all the time and all venomous. I've found that the best way to avoid being harmed by snakes is to walk around the buggers. And to go out killing sharks and crocodiles - especially crocs - because someone was taken by one make my blood boil.

Yeah I agree Blanik,

I was living right near the beach in WA when mr Guest was taken by a great white, his family didnt want the shark killed but some locals were trying to demand it be shot.

Snakes are always a concern where I am now but we have measures in place to keep problems to a minimum, cutting lawns regularly and not leaving buckets of water and rubbish around are a good measure.

Personally I am happy with the pythons here and would just leave them here, but the mrs is just to scared of them, she is getting better as I got her to pat that one the other night.

Cheers.
