I recently bought 10 gallons of fresh apple cider from my local orchard. I was wanting to make some apple brandy and maybe some applejack through freeze distillation. When I brought it home I stuck it in the freezer until I was ready to start fermenting some. My question is, will the cider still ferment after I froze it, or did I just cold pasterize it.
