Little or nothing to do with distillation.

I bring the baccy to case (spray water on dried leafs), then put in a press box for a day. Take the brick and slice with a cleaver. With the learned techniques works well and can get almost a shag cut. Tried all the ways to shred and the cleaver is best. Keep it sharp and hollow ground one side.

I used to grow my own tobacco a few years ago and i found the easiest way to shred it once it was cured was using the noodle attachment on a pasta maker, just run it through that a couple of times and ya good to go, funny thing is Tobacco was about the only plant that never used to die on me, i can kill cactus and them things live for ever on nothing ! the other thing is im from the UK and our climate isn't really suited to growing tobacco but my plants seemed to love it. Very strange....
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.

Never been to keen on smoking (I had asthma as a younger kid and my eyes would water) but i do like the chewing tobacco on occasion. Redman is my favorite but beechnut and southern pride are good too as well as copenhagen long cut and skoal mint. Started dippin/chewing when i was 15 and for the most part have quit except for the occasional. Would love to grow my own thought, would be pretty cool

My grandpa always used to roll his ciggs until he had an heart attack and quited lol.
My ex always rolled them too, however he was a man with good appetite he always added an aroma to the tobacco. I recall smoking them with a nice cup of tea. It was a real joy.
I think the key element to good ciggs rolling is the mixture of tobacco. I don't know about abroad but in Turkey you would find a very large variety of tobacco which you can mix until you're satisfied with the taste. If I lived abroad I'd go mix classic Davidoff like tobacco with Captain Black and have a cup of tea mixed with kahlua. Yeah, now that's how you have a good cigg. 8)
words starting with "co" are cool such as; coctail, code, codwaw, cornelliues and so on =)
