Has anyone had any success in trying to replicate a Glenmorangie style whiskey?

There are a few that come close to Glenmorangie, my favourite at the moment is Talisker 10 Year Old.

Hey EBC,

I too would be interested in hearing about successful Glenmorangie replication. I'm not particularly interested in other commercial taste-alikes. - Sampled enough of them over the years.

Harry (Jackson?) wrote up an interesting article on precisely this topic. - Now, if I can only find it again. Maybe it was on another forum?!?!?
