Re: Pdf or php?
I think you have to d/l it as php, then manually change the extension to pdf. Then you can open it with Adobe reader.

Re: Pdf or php?
I am not sure you can change it to pdf. But for Adobe to open it, it would have to be in that format. PHP is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development to produce dynamic web pages. I did a little training in dynamic web page development and decided that it was more than I wanted to learn since making web pages was more of a hobbie for me!

Re: Pdf or php?
It's cause the Forum software will not allow upload of a pdf file so the extension was changed to fool the Forum software. I think that was Rad's suggestion in the original thread.
Can't you go into your directory where you have put the file and just rename it as something.pdf? Oh, now I remember, you are using a phone. Never mind.

I dont get this 'problem', but get a dialog box offering to view or download. Many times I just click 'view' and view on-line. It still has to D/L the file for viewing. If I want to save it after all, at that point, I am able to click "file, save, etc. -hey- (I use SUMATRA as default pdf viewer)Yeah I dont think its goin to happen.
