Howdy to all you fellow distillers out there. Been lurking on the parent site and forums for a couple months now but figured it was time to jump in with some questions and ideas of my own. I'm a new distiller in the American South focusing mostly on gin and other flavored spirits. Can't wait to learn as much as I can from the experts on here and maybe eventually contribute some knowledge of my own.
