Red Dot quick rise yeast
Is it true that you cannot reuse [keeping it alive] the quickrise bread yeast in the bottom of your ferment bucket, so actually i would have to start over with new yeast

there is no yeast that cant be reused if treated right.

IF you don't push the abv to high you can reuses it.
