tough time with a lot of info to sift through

:oops: ok guys plz help me with recipes even just a link to were the ones you have try ed and know are good i have made a grain less whiskey with just corn and some sugar to boost it and then ran through my little pot still (have to get bigger boiler) 2 times and then oaked it. it came around 50% and had a real nice rich oaky flavor almost like a smokey earthly flavor (best i can describe) but i would like to print myself a little folder or a few (more the merrier) of the stuff i like now i fermented beer for years before i even started making spirits having fun want more fun thanks for reading

absinth
grappa (friend wants me to make him some)
whiskey's (love the stuff)
fruit tingle (the girl friend wants some)
any other recommendations plz im happy with a URL link :D

Check the Tried and True and the Recipe Development sections. Never heard of fruit tingle but you'll find the other stuff. There's some really good threads on Absinthe and some stuff on Grappa. Whiskey, with and without the "e", is everywhere. Good luck.

thank you and yeah sorry my spelling isn't the best and once i start reading on this forum i dont stop and i forget were i found things so really need to save then and their

I know what you mean. You can bookmark what you like so that you can find it again later. Just press the bookmark button called "Bookmark topic" at the bottom left of the page and it saves the thread in your bookmark folder. Then you can retrieve it when you want.

I've saved so much stuff I can't find what I want amongst the stuff I have saved....

If it is something I really know I am going to use in the future I copy and paste into a word documemt and keep it in a 3 ring binder along with a file on the computer. I know about the paper trail but this is the only place I share info other than with my wife!
