Hi everyone :wave:

Been wanting to expand my horizons from wine and beer to spirits.
I have everything I need for a simple pot still and cant wait to get started.

Welcome to the forum, sounds like youv'e figured out what you want. For me I started out with a reflux but it didn't take me long to realize I needed both a reflux and a pot still to keep both the wife and me happy!
