Hello from the Republic of Vanuatu

I have been brewing beer for many years, in fact from my home brew start in our kitchen it has grown to a micro brewery here in Vanuatu. We produce several different beers and keg and bottle, Production now is 10,000 litres a month.
We are now going into the spirits business as it is legal here with no restrictions. We have two reflux still running and mash and ferment in 1000 litre batchs. looking to learn as much as we can from member of this forum.

I own the Waterfront Bar & Grill in town and the Saloon Bar just out of town by hideaway island. Maybe we met?

Yeah we stopped during the day there for a drink. We were just looking around when we stopped we just had the one drink.

Forgive me but I red your post and thought it was some off the wall reference to a Kurt Vonnegut novel.

After some investigation on Wiki, sounds like a wonderful place. Would love to check it out sometime. Best of luck, read around, can learn a lot on here.
