Hi, I'm from Quebec, Canada, I should've found you sooner. I've been distilling for about 10 years now, (not really frequently thus, mostly not to waste a home wine that i dont like) and i've learned more in about a mounth of reading here than in the last decade... This leaded me to build some new stills, I'll post some pict and info in the my still topic.
