I like scotch as well. But me It's Oban. If i drink Johny Walker it has to be atleast the green label. It sounds snobby but why drink something i can make better at home? I haven't made a scotch yet

Didn't even know there was a green label.
It's been so long since I bought JW I only knew of Red and Black label.
I've made damn sure there is always something on oak now.
Not likely to go back to store bought again, life's too short to drink crap whiskey.

I have a older bottle of Knob creek and it's much better then the crap I had at the bar a month ago. I thought for sure they refilled the bottle with well so I walked to the next bar and had a shot, nope that whiskey has gone way down hill.
I guess bookers is suppose to be knob at barrel proof but I swear it's a lot better, and it's only 3 dollars a shot at my local bar.

My kids usually give me a bottle of Bookers every year for Christmas. Have not had it in awhile. I know my old favorite Knob Creek is not as good as it used to be but I just figure thats me. I wil have to order a Bookers next time I am out to a place clasy enough to sell it. I will let you know what I think.
