New guy from the south

Post by Bulletproof »

I've read several articles on New member reading corner and I have to say this forum is great! There are so many things that I couldn't figure out and my information gaps are getting closed here. The light at the end of the tunnel has been turned back on. Although I love 'shine, I've always wished that I could make a fine whiskey. I just never thought it was possible and I'm starting to think, after reading some of these articles, that I can do it now. I'm a little sketchy on building my own Pot Still but I'll be reading those articles soon too. There is a wealth of information here. Thank you all very much.

Thanks yall. I'm seriously getting excited about all of this. While there are so many technicalities, there also seems to be a creative side to blending the cuts which looks like a lot of fun. I've been reading this website for about 12 hours now and I'm not tired at all.

Whiskey, bourbon even... here I come!

The great Oak Tree was once a little nut that didn't give up... I'll put that in my signature I guess.
