Hi everybody.
I have been reading about about making beer, wine and distilling on and off for a while now and have decided to take the plunge. I have a batch of wine in the making that i dont think is doing well but i will wait till next week finish it. I will be posting pics and details on the "My First". My main interest is in making fruit wines, rum and vodka. Based on this i have decided to use a simple pot still like similar to rad14701 still. Will be buying a 20qt pot today and some other essentials to get things up and running.
