Wiki suggestion

This is totally just a small suggestion and I realize you may have other plans as I have not kept up to date with the discussions lately, but there are alternative software which is free for wikis, dont know if that would solve some of the problems ? (Im just looking for a list of good/effective potstill designs and have the feeling it might be on the wiki somewhere)

today i distilled my pineapple wash , with electric element, you know we use 220 volts here, i had a 1500 watt element and it was to hot or fast, so i changed it with a 1000 watt , and still had a fast run, it was installed into a 60 litre pod.

the taste is not so good , because i entered 10 kg of sugar with it, the pineapples was not cut small enough, yes and i have not yet had a good taste.still busy.

ah too bad. pineapple beer is nice though, wonder how the distillate tastes like if its well done. i might have added a little too much yeast, seems like the recipe over does it a bit, they probably use a reflux though, doesnt matter.

not to bad , i diluted it with a pineappel flavioured kind of drink, for i have incerted to much sugar,yes the middel is nice taisting, althow bit sharpness, but as a mixed drink, its fine, with slite pineappel after taste, i have about 4 liters of the good shine.
