Hello from the North Carolina Mountains

Just wanted to drop in here and say hello. I hope to learn some things while hanging around here. Ive grown up drinking home brew my hole life and now im venturing into doing it myself. i understand the basic ins and outs of it but i just wanna hone my skills. so thats why im here :D . Ive got just a basic pot still and thats all i really need. i just wanna make some good stuff for myself.

Welcome to the forum, you will probably learn more than you wanted to here we have some great recipes in the Tried & True Recipe section.

Ha! That's what you think. Hang around here for a while and you'll start to get still envy and find yourself wanting to build more.

Welcome! post some pics of that NC Flute when it's done :lol:
