Hey Guys,
I'm interested in flavoring the conjours of my pot still, mainly with fruit in the upcoming months. Take for instance in NJ strawberries are usually the first fruits we see off of the vine. If I was to take some low abv likker and filled a 1qt mason jar with both, would I have to pull a vacuum on the jar to keep the berries from rotting or should I just let them do their thing without the vacuum? Thanks for the help. -Licker

Strawberry panty dropper. All you need to know. And have a look around the tried and true recipe section.

Not sure what you consider "low abv liquor," but anything 40% or above will be fine to soak your fruits in. No vacuum needed. Just put in the fridge and let it rest.
