I've also seen where people use Sweet Feed Mix. What's the difference? I know that the sweet feed mix has cane molasses bits and other grains. Is it ok to use as well?

Have you read through the tried and true recipe sections? If not please do. UJSSM is a good one for cracked corn. And there is a huge thread on sweetfeed. That covers anything and everything you need to know about it.
