hello im fairly new here been messing around couple months,started w/pot still added thumper.get great advise from you guys,i am 47 years young live in s e ohio .used to make wine but dont have a basement or cellar now will fix this problem this summer.i am a millwright i travel all over the country workin in your power plants so you can have electricity.i am single no kids some would call me a rounder.been runnin turbos but want to get away from that,my co workers luv it,we get off work at 4-5 am no bars open so usually my motel room is it.doin 5 gallon mashes would like to do 25 gallons ,5 is too time consuming,cant keep up w/demand lookin for a larger cooker.thank you all for good advice.im a union man and a brotherhood is is where its at,you have too share info ect.no one knows everything anyway thank you all for being here and sharing.

Good place to get weaned off the turbos. Lots of good recipes to help you along.

Welcome, I too started on the turbos but now they are long gone, many interesting proven recipes and advise if needed :D
