Is it Really Illegal?

Post by DistillIT »

Is it really illegal to make whiskey for personal use and NOT for resale? Doesnt seem like it would be, since you can make your own beer.

And sometimes even the spokeswomen doesn't know the law. It is legal to transport and consume home made beer outside the home for the brewer, family and friends.

A long 3 months....kind of amazing: when I think of the great state of WI, Miller Brewing and squeaky cheese curds come to mind! I'm guessing big brewing might have had some part in lobbying for restrictions....just the skeptic in me coming to the surface!
