Brewhaus is awesome!!

Post by jsanders »

I'm just not used to anyone givin' a crap! I run a PSII HC reflux still from Brewhaus. I use it regularly. I melted my diffuser plate. I sent an email to Rick at BH and he replied quickly, saying it doesn't happen often but it can happen. I sent another email asking if I really needed one with a keg, he replied quickly, saying no I didn't need one.

I called to discuss reflux and things, just go to the source and ask some questions and left a message...THEY CALLED ME BACK!

 I asked some question about cooling water temp, head temp, the 2" to 3" converter, crazy s#$t like that...No problems, just answered my questions and eased my mind that I am indeed a master distiller.

Now I've got to change jars out!!

surprised you were able to contact them.. I ordered a kit over a month ago and it's still labelled as processing.. I was able to get a hold of them once and they told me that everything was backordered.. Now that it's over 2 weeks past the ETA I've been trying to call them for over a week and cant get a hold of anyone.. I've left messages, sent emails, ect.. no response.. I would've avoided brewhaus if I knew they were this much of a hassle..

They've always been top of their game with any transaction or question I've had with them.

That is music to my ears. I am happy to see that. I believe in professionalism at any cost. Yesterday, home one hour from surgery and still groggy I got a message from a customer that his 11 K piece arrived damaged in shipment. It is rare but can happen.
I called him immediately. I told him that what ever happened with the retail gallery and a claim to the shipper that he had my word that I would make him whole. I could hear the relief in his voice. It will be done. Go Brewhaus!

+1

I have to second what fullhouse said. TOTALLY TOP NOTCH!!! Worth the wait!

I initially placed an order with a company who makes equipment very similar to what Rick sells @ Brewhaus. They told me that it would be at least 4 - 6 weeks before I would get my order; but they charged my credit card the day after I placed the order. In my opinion, not cool at all.

Asked a couple questions from the other company. I got answers, but they were typically short and almost terse feeling. Decided that I didn't want / couldn't wait 4 - 6 weeks. Cancelled my order.

Immediately called Brewhaus. They told me that they too had a back order of about 2 - 3 weeks, but they wouldn't charge my card until it shipped. I had questions, the answers were always informative and super polite. And sure enough, about 2.5 weeks later, my order shipped, my credit card was charged the day it shipped and it arrived in GREAT condition, and I *LOVE* IT! In the meantime, I finally received my refund from the other company after I had received my Brewhaus order.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Brewhaus!

I've ordered distillers and several other things from Brewhaus and have never had a problem. Quick shipping as well. Great place!

I am fortunate enough to live in Texas, and within driving distance of Brewhaus (only 3hrs away). I have been to their new warehouse and the staff there is great and helpful. Of course now they are stocking a pluthera of hot sauces, so lets just say, my $70 order I ordered online ended up costing me double that.

Not so awesome for me. It states on my invoice that the kettle was BO with an ETA of 4/15. Here it is the 26th and I've heard absolutely nothing and the order still shows processing. Obviously this Rick guy doesn't understand the importance of keeping the customer informed when promise dates expire. :(

I normally don't post about such things. I have to stand up for Brewhaus! They have been very good to me  Their major competitor has pretty website and seems to work hard at innonvation. I intended to give them my business when I purchased some equipment, but then went with Brewhaus on the basis of price. Normally not something I base my buying decisions on and found myself second guessing my decision (to buy from them). I now have no quams about giving Brewhaus ALL MY BUSINESS :D ! If you are having problems with them, I gaurantee you are the exception. Be patient, I am sure it will be worked out with atleast a sincere apology.
