Cheers from Romania

Post by ro palinca »

I'm reading the HD forums for a long time, and sometimes I wished to participate in the
conversation, so here I am. About myself: 40+ years old, with more than 15 years of
making fruit brandy (mostly plums). In the last few years I start making other fruits and
this forums came very handy. I own one copper pot still with 100 liter "payload" and a smaller
one for testing small batches. I wish you all the best and happy times.

Well, the legal status of distillation in Romania is a little foggy, some kind of "twilight zone",
a few years ago the gobbment wish to align Ro to the EU law, but that was impossible
(too many are having this hobby in this part of the world for a very loooong time) so, instead
for now, you can own a pot still if you declare it and don't sell your product. What will be in the
future, who knows...

Looks like you already found the thread.

You mite just start a new thread in the recipe development section. If your wanting to post a good recipe. In this section others can ask questions. If you put it in the shared recipe section. Others can't comment or ask questions.

Or you can find a good thread and just add to it. With tips. Like Rocks thread.
