I have been doing a lot of research so I won't waste time with questions about lead free solder, aluminum boilers or running hopped beer through the still.
That said, I do have a few questions for the more experienced out there...
What are the most common mistakes made by beer brewers?
I've read a lot about turbo yeast leaving bad tastes, so what are better options? (Brewing experience has taught me that two different strains of yeast can produce completely different beers from a split batch of wort.)
I'm still digging through the forums but I've read a lot of great advice so far. I'm sure I'll be a regular around here.
