Wedding anniversary

Post by beelah »

Just thought that I would post a bit of information....in that it is my wife and my 38th wedding anniversary today...quite a feat nowadays...three daughters all grown, 4 grand kids, one year into retirement with a move up the coast and out of the city to a little piece of paradise across the road from a great beach; a 10 minute walk out the back and I am in the mountian wilderness of British Columbia where the salmon is running all summer and the chanterelles grow until January...and the wife lets me still and likes the whiskey I make...and the pension money cones in every month...what more does a man need?

Congrats to you both

Wifey and I today make 10 years married and 13 years together.

When she married a farmer and small business owner, I am not sure
she knew what she was getting into.

Only thing she wanted for our anniversary was a bottle of the good stuff
from the man cave and 10 more years.

Hope you enjoy many more years together of health and happiness

Congratulations, seems to be rare now days. We will be celebrating our 38th this November 1, but in a hotter climate. You are close to the Big Rock Candy Mountain, no?

beelah, I love your neck of the woods and often motor up through the gulf islands, love that run up to Rivers Inlet (my top fishing spot). I am also retired and have found it is a full time job just feeding the family thus I must fish as often as I can! :D Enjoy these are great years.
