Anybody doin any fishin in the sound?

I've been out of touch with the site for a couple of months, ever since spring breakup, fishin, crabin, campin and such, anybody doin any salmon fishin on Puget Sound, I have only been out twice and zip so far but I do have the winter supply of crab put up. How about you Bushman? I've never really fished the sound for salmon so I'm a rookie.

No but I wish I was I am stuck in southern nv. But then again it aint so bad here we got trout so BIG you can almost eat them like a pan fish.

Yes, they are out there, a lot of fish lately are being caught close to Port Townsend. The East side of Possession Bar was good and so was Pilot Point and Point no Point. A few good spots in the San Juan Islands but you need to know where to go. I am taking some friends from Virginia out crabbing this afternoon to spoil them with our dungeness crab. They may never eat a blue crab again . I may throw my line in the water but the boat will be a bit crowded but would like to see if the salmon are starting to show close to where I moor my boat.
