Yes, we did talk on that other thread, but I just had the occasion to sit and try to clarify my opinion on the issue. I hope it's useful to someone, somewhere, sometime... later... And, you too, of course!

I had a gallon jug in a trailer. That trailer got really hot during the day and I thought it would be awesome for aging in. Too awesome I found out... (dang thermal expansion...) It smelled great in there for a good long while...
